As a result of water penetration and carbonation, these concrete panels to this shopping centre facade were in danger of falling off.

A specially prepared repair mortar is specified which allows enough give to accept the placement of the pebble effect - necessary to match the original finish & profile.

The finished repairs are almost invisible to the naked eye.
Pre-cast concrete panels to these retail outlets were deteriorating due to the high porosity of the concrete. Rainwater penetration had caused the steel reinforcement to corrode and large pieces of concrete were at risk of falling.
