Helical Pile Underpinning

Both large and small structures can suffer from structural movement or building subsidence. Usually attributable to a combination of factors such as clay shrinkage, tree growth or defective drains, ground movement can result in various degrees of damage from minor masonry cracking to major deformity or catastrophic failure of the structure.

Following a thorough survey diagnosis, we have the capacity to offer a range of remedial underpinning solutions utilising a combination of Helical Pile and masonry reinforcement technology to stabilise and restore the integrity of structures. The versatility of the system allows it to be used where traditional underpinning would be too expensive and disruptive or where access isn’t possible for larger mini piling systems.

Our underpinning services are ideal for commercial structures and social housing repair, retaining wall stabilisation and other soil pinning operations. Used in conjunction with a helical beaming system, the Helical Pile is used as a standard pile and beam repair method with significant cost, time and disruption free benefits.
