We've Made Some Changes

The St Astier Website

If you look closely, you may notice that the St Astier website looks ever so slightly different these days. Whilst it’s not a full blown redesign, we’ve made a number of fundemental changes to the site which was rolled out just a few days ago.

We could have just launched the updated site quitely and not said a word but we thought you’d like to know what we’ve done and why. You are, afterall, the reason the website exists. Here’s a brief summary of what’s changed.

  • We now have a Blog section which sports a commenting system. This means you now have a voice. It also means you’ll get to hear from each one of our Contracts Team. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and opinions on the stuff we post to the blog.
  • The website looks (slightly) prettier, courtesy of improved line height and the addition of one or two graphical improvements. “Phil’s no designer” I hear you say. And you’d be right. Further cack-handed ‘improvement’s’ to the site will undoubtedly follow.
  • Our projects section has been revamped and now includes descriptions for each of our photos.
  • Information is now much easier to retrieve. We have a site-wide search facility, a comprehensive archive. Overall, you’ll find greatly improved information architecture.

That’s about it. I hope you like what we’ve done. Please let me know what you think.
