Developing Our People
The construction industry is constantly evolving, and with the introduction of new products and improved methods of working, it is vital that our workforce have the necessary skills and experience to enable us to stay on the cutting edge. That’s why we invest heavily in training.
We have a varied program of theoretical, technical and practical skills training that runs throughout the year and we’re not afraid to take advantage of a chance to update our skills, whenever the opportunity may present itself.
As the weather turned ugly this March, some of our team retreated to our Seaham offices to build a training wall so that both experienced and junior staff could brush up on applying Insulated Render Systems. Standing at over 4m tall, the training wall, opposite our existing Novabrik training area, will be a valuable tool in the development of our employees skill set.
