Airey Transformed With Novabrik

It’s hard to believe that this is modern looking house was an old airey type property two weeks prior to this picture being taken. It’s a striking transformation and clearly demonstrates the speed and versatility of the Novabrik system. The property forms a pair of Aireys that are part of a pilot scheme in the Pelaw area of Gateshead. The results have caused quite a stir among the neighbours and the project has been featured in several national construction and housing magazines. We even made the cover of Local Authority Building & Maintenance recently!

Consultation with tennants is presently underway to determine the future of the rest of the estate. In the meantime, we are continuing with application of Novabrik and Insulated Renders to some 150 properties at the Beacon Lough Estate.
